Which tight ends will shine in Week 10 for your fantasy football teams? We’ll take a look at all of them in our PPR rankings.

Welcome to Week 10 of the NFL season. But, before we move forward, let’s take a quick look back on how our fantasy tight ends did in Week 9. Since we’re looking at PPR numbers here, you’re probably very happy if you have Travis Kelce and his 14 receptions on Monday Night Football. If you are in a standard league, you are not nearly as happy, as Kelce didn’t score a touchdown and went for exactly 100 yards. Kelce isn’t as explosive as he once was, but he and Patrick Mahomes can get 7 yards like it’s nobody’s business.

It sure looks like Cade Otton is going to propel a few teams into their fantasy playoffs. Otton has take over as the top target for a pass-happy Buccaneers team with Chris Godwin and Mike Evans out. And since Week 3 he’s finished TE7, TE8, TE24, TE15, TE5, TE1, and TE3. He should get one more game without Evans and Godwin, but still should be relevant once Evans returns, as Godwin is done for the rest of the season.

The Bengals continue to get good play out of tight end Mike Gesicki whenever Tee Higgins miss time, and Week 9 was the best day of his season. He ended up only catching five passes, but they went for 100 yards and a pair of touchdowns! Higgins is again looking iffy for their Thursday night game against the Ravens. Gesicki would be a must start if that’s the case.

Week 10 tight end bye weeks

David Njoku, Tucker Kraft, Brock Bowers, Noah Fant

Week 10 tight end injuries

Erick All, Bengals

All wasn’t putting up fantasy numbers, but he was playing a big part in the Bengals offense. Unfortunately he is done for the season with another major knee injury. His absence could open up more snaps for Mike Gesicki, which could make him more consistent moving forward.

Dallas Goedert, Eagles

Goedert missed his third game to a hamstring injury last week and did not practice once in the lead up. That doesn’t sound too promising for his availability this week, but we’ll need to see if he can return to practice. His backup Grant Calcaterra has some deep league appeal while Goedert is out.

Noah Fant, Seahawks

Fant is dealing with a groin injury and may not be available after the Seahawks bye this week. AJ Barner has some value in 2TE leagues while he is out.

Week 10 tight end sleepers

Theo Johnson, Giants vs. Panthers

Johnson is getting plenty of playing time, but hadn’t been getting the targets. He’s now had three or more receptions in four of the last five games and he scored his first touchdown of the season last week. He’s not a safe play, but the matchup is good enough to elevate his upside in Germany this weekend.

Mike Gesicki, Bengals vs. Ravens

Gesicki went off last week for 100 yards and two touchdowns, but that big game coincided with Tee Higgins missing the game. Gesicki’s best games this year have come with Higgins out of the lineup. There is a reasonable chance that Higgins misses this week again, as the teams play on Thursday night, but, if Higgins does play, the absence of Erick All could give Gesicki a bump in snaps. And with the Ravens poor numbers against the pass this season, I like Gesicki to be useful even if Higgins is in there.
