The Miami Dolphins might have taken the lead for the best celebration of the year
Tyreek Hill has dropped some epic celebrations this NFL season.
But the Miami Dolphins wide receiver might have outdone himself, thanks to the help of some of his teammates, at FedEx Field this Sunday.
While that might seem like an outlandish statement, given how Hill not only performed a backflip but managed to film it while doing so earlier this season, this choreographed celebration against the Washington Commanders is certainly a tremendous effort. Hill opened the scoring at FedEx Field, hauling in a vertical route from quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and outrunning the defense for the game’s first touchdown:
This is a great release from Hill, who gets early separation against a press-aligned defender out of the slot, and a perfect throw from Tagovailoa for the touchdown.
Now let’s go to the celebration:
Hill jumps into a roller coaster, joined by teammates Braxton Berrios, Raheem Mostert, and Cedrick Wilson Jr.. But that is just the start. All four of them raise their right arms, which allows offensive lineman Robert Hunt — playing the role of ride operator — goes down the line to make sure each of them has their seatbelt “buckled.”
The final touch? Wide receiver Jaylen Waddle directing traffic, as the four “riders” move around the imaginary car in unison.
We do not know how long these players practiced this effort, but it was worth every second.
