LASIK trolls NFL officials after no-calls at end of Ravens-Bengals

Thursday night’s game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cincinnati Bengals was one of the most thrilling of the 2024 NFL season to date. Lamar Jackson and company fought back from a 21-7 deficit in the second half, only to see Joe Burrow connect with Ja’Marr Chase with under a minute left to cut the Ravens’ lead to 35-34.

Zac Taylor kept his offense on the field to attempt the two-point conversion, to try and take the lead in the closing seconds. That attempt failed, but Bengals fans were left livid after a pair of potential penalties were not called. One was a potential hit to the head on Burrow that went uncalled:

And here is the other potential penalty, holding on tight end Mike Gesicki, that did not draw a flag:

While Cincinnati fans spent the night frustrated, at least one group tried to make the most of the no-calls.

The social media team at LASIK.

In response to a clip of the no-call on the hit to Burrow, the social media team at LASIK renewed the company’s offer for free LASIK eye surgery for NFL officials:

They even shared a referral page, where people can “nominate” an official for LASIK eye surgery and “get a special discount through one of our partnered LASIK vision centers.”

What a time to be alive.
