Peyton Manning barking orders at literal children made the ‘Manningcast’ even better

Peyton used kids to explain pre-snap concepts, and it was magic.

The Manningcast remains the bet way to watch Monday Night Football, and Peyton is trying new ways to illustrated advanced concepts. Including child labor. On Monday night all Eli could do was watch while Peyton used children to explain football concepts, and honestly it was great.

I don’t know how these kids are so poised around Peyton Manning. I’m pretty sure if I was their age and on national TV in front of millions of people I’d be so nervous I’d be like a deer in headlines. These kids are well trained though, and perfectly executed the pre-snap movement required to tell a story.

As “Awful Announcing” so aptly pointed out, Manning barking commands at the kids and trying to tech them how to line up pre-snap was almost exactly like his legendary Saturday Night Live sketch on United Way that he did when he hosted a decade ago.

Every week the Manningcast finds ways to make football better. It rules.
