The Creator Classic has 16 incredible influencers ready to tackle East Lake, so let’s look at who will play on Wednesday.
Wednesday evening at East Lake Golf Club, 16 golf influencers will compete in the Creator Classic. It is the first-of-its-kind event, and the lineup they got for it is perfect.
For those who do not know, the Creator Classic is an eight-hole stroke play competition at the newly renovated back nine of East Lake Golf Club. After eight holes, the top four will play a playoff to determine a winner.
They will play the track in the same conditions that the PGA Tour players will Thursday through Sunday.
The event will be live-streamed so the public can watch these golf content creators go head-to-head. Fans can watch on the PGA Tour’s YouTube channel, Peacock, ESPN+, PlutoTV, Roku, Tubi, Xumo, Freevee and Samsung TV Plus.
Among the 16 players, there are three ladies and 13 guys.
Let’s look at who is playing, then predict who could win the first-ever Creator Classic.
Creator Classic Field
— Wesley Bryan (Bryan Bros Golf)
— George Bryan IV (Bryan Bros Golf)
— Paige Spiranac
— Brad Dalke (Good Good)
— Garrett Clark (Good Good)
— Fat Perez (Bob Does Sports)
— Sean Walsh (Good Good)
— Micah Morris
— Mason Nutt (BustaJack)
— Luke Kwon
— Roger Steele
— Tyler Toney (Dude Perfect)
— Gabby DeGasperis (Gabby Golfgirl)
— Peter Finch
— Aimee Cho
— Mac Boucher
Is there a Creator Classic controversy?
Some former players and fans do not understand why The Bryan Bros are in this event. Yes, Wesley Bryan and his brother, George Bryan IV, are both professional golfers, but that does not mean they can also be creators. They got their start doing trick shots and putting it on YouTube.
Are there actually ppl mad that I’m playing in this event? I have filmed 100+ long form youtube videos over the last two years…missed almost every cut on the pga tour…and hardly ever practice

Nowhere did the requirements for the Creator Classic say they could not be pros.
Former PGA Tour winner Chris Couch tried to talk junk to Wesley on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“If you don’t win, you should be embarrassed,” Couch replied to Wesley.
If you don’t win, you should be embarrassed.
— Chris Couch (@chriscouchgolf) August 26, 2024
It just shows that no matter what, you cannot please everyone.
Wesley responded to him and said, “You should be embarrassed for thinking you are still cool on Twitter.
Couch could not help himself and responded again.
What the fck are you even talking about? You’re a professional golfer playing against a bunch of YouTubers.
If you don’t win, you should be embarrassed.
— Chris Couch (@chriscouchgolf) August 26, 2024
It seems Couch fails to realize how talented these “YouTubers” are. The highest handicap among the 16 players is +5.6 in Good Good’s Brad Dalke.
All 16 creators are strong golfers who have a shot at winning. Golf is challenging, so just because Wesley and George are professionals does not mean they will win every time.
Their competitors are no slouch, so no one should question or diminish their talent if neither Bryan brother wins.
Picking the Creator Classic winner
Who can win this nine-hole event? I have to go with Paige Spiranac because it is all about girl power. She has not competed in eight years, but from the videos she posted recently, her game is in a good place.
As one of the most followed golf influencers, Spiranac is probably the biggest celebrity in this event. She is one of the most recognizable influencers in this industry. People can love her without caring about golf, so seeing her part of this field is fantastic.
However, all 16 have a strong chance of winning. It will be interesting to see how they handle the course conditions made for PGA Tour professionals.
Who do you think will win among the creators? Let us know in the comments.
