Here are the best players remaining on the NFL free agent market.

The first day of the NFL’s legal tampering period has come and gone, and day two is upon us.

After Monday’s flurry of moves, who are the best available players?

While the opening of the tampering period generates the most buzz, the days that follow are where rosters are truly built, and games can be won. For teams — and their fans — still looking for moves, here are some names to watch.

1. Amari Cooper, WR

Cooper did not put up huge numbers for the Buffalo Bills last season, catching 44 passes for 547 yards and four touchdowns while struggling with drops. But he would still add talent to any wide receiver room, and put up big numbers during his 2023 campaign where he hauled in 72 passes for 1,250 yards and five touchdowns.

2. Asante Samuel, CB

Samuel was placed on injured reserve early last season with a shoulder injury, but is just 25 years old and put together two solid seasons in 2022 and 2023. That youth and potential are going to serve him well in free agency.

3. Cam Robinson, OT

Acquired by the Vikings at the trade deadline, Cam Robinson helped solidify the Minnesota offensive line as they pushed for the top seed in the NFC. With questions about the incoming tackle class in the draft, there should still be several teams interested in his services.

4. Stefon Diggs, WR

Stefon Diggs is working his way back from an ACL tear he suffered in November, although there are reports he will be ready for training camp. He caught 47 passes for 496 yards and three touchdowns a season ago over eight games, which brought to an end a streak of six consecutive 1,000-yard seasons.

5. Justin Reid, S

Justin Reid has been a key component of the Kansas City Chiefs defense the past four seasons, and lined up all over the field for Steve Spagnuolo, seeing snaps in the box, in the slot, and at free safety. That versatility — he can also handle kicking duties — and durability will make him an enticing option in free agency.

6. Teven Jenkins, G

After starting out at tackle Teven Jenkins seemed to find a home kicking inside to guard. He’s started 40 games over his career, but with the Chicago Bears completely rebuilding their interior offensive line, he’ll be looking for a new home.

7. Levi Onwuzurike, DL

After dealing with injuries early in his career, Levi Onwuzurike has put together two solid seasons the past two years with the Detroit Lions. During the 2024 campaign Onwuzurike generated 45 quarterback pressures, according to charting data from Pro Football Focus, and teams looking for interior pressure would be wise to give him a look.

8. Josh Myers, C

Josh Myers was the starting center the past three years for the Green Bay Packers, developing into a solid option for the team at the heart of their offensive line. He allowed just a single sack during the 2024 season, according to charting data from Pro Football Focus, and would be a solid option for teams looking for help on the interior.

9. Kevin Zeitler, OG

Over the past few seasons the Detroit Lions built one of the best offensive lines in football, and Kevin Zeitler was a big reason why. His skillset, particularly in the running game, may be highly desirable for many teams as the running game comes back into vogue. While his is on the older side, teams in a competitive window would be smart to give him a call.

10. Rasul Douglas, CB

Several cornerbacks found new homes on Monday, but Rasul Douglas is perhaps the best option left at the position. Douglas has at least four interceptions in each of the last three seasons, and has broken up at least seven passes in six of his seven NFL campaigns. Those skills at the catch point should find him a home relatively quickly.

11. Azeez Ojulari, EDGE

Azeez Ojulari has dealt with injuries throughout his young career, which has limited his production off the edge. He has only completed one full season in the league, his rookie campaign back in 2021 when he recorded eight sacks, and over four seasons of limited action he’s recorded 22 total sacks. 2024 was set to be a breakout season for him as he recorded six sacks over the first eight games of the season, but another injury cut his campaign short. Still, teams looking to bolster their pass rush might be smart to give him a look.
