Kim gained attention on social media as he owned a LIV Golf troll with niceties with a sly response.

Most professional golfers let what the trolls say go, but LIV Golf’s wildcard player Anthony Kim chose to own a specific hater, but in the nicest way possible.

Kim has not shied away from engaging with the haters since he returned to the public eye.

Kim pulled on people’s heartstrings with a post about bringing his daughter to work, writing “Bella is the reason I am here today.”

An X user decided this was the ideal opportunity to throw Kim’s choice to go to LIV Golf in his face.

“That and the guaranteed money I will get for shooting 76, 77, 77,” he responded.

Kim’s first response was polite yet cunning.

“Thanks for your response, little guy. I don’t insult 100-year-old people, so I’ll let this slide,” Kim wrote.

Kim’s response received a lot of attention from the golf world. Fans were enthralled with how he clapped back at the troll. Pro golfers rarely respond to haters, much less own them in the most polite way possible.

However, the fun did not stop there.

“I could give you two a side,” he responded.

Kim has been away from professional golf for over a decade, but he is still immensely talented. To suggest they could beat Kim was a bold move.

The LIV golfer could have let it go but dropped the mic instead.

“Bruce, it’s nap time for you, sir. Dinner will be at 4:30,” Kim wrote. Kim went in much harder the second time around. Clearly the gloves were off.

The X user then backed off after the tweets began to gain traction.

I’m not on here for controversy. I loved watching you play. But after 12 years, it’s unlikely to play PGA Tour golf. I’m not a fan of LIV. If they pay you great, but OWGA is the bottom line, it’s not happening. https://t.co/VW9GkH5W9U

With good faith, Kim responded to him one more time and ended it cordially.

“All good man, you can say anything. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, even if I don’t agree. I don’t take this too seriously, so all good brother,” Kim wrote.

Fans love to interact with professional players on Twitter and other social platforms, and Kim has shown he will do just that. It seems he is trying to grow his brand and social media presence. This interaction probably increased his follower count and respect from others when they saw how he handled the entire situation.
