Everything that stood out about the EA College Football 25 trailer

At long last, the EA College Football 25 trailer is here.

After a decade of waiting for another college football game, EA is releasing a new version, and the trailer looks like it nails everything we love about college football.

Bring Glory Home.

Let’s get some of the things it didn’t have out of the way. The gameplay itself didn’t look too spectacular or stand out in any way, which might be a good thing right now. The juke moves look a bit exaggerated but that’s to be expected from a hype trailer.

Now, let’s get to the fun part: They nailed all the feels of college football. From the “Play Like a Champion Today” poster at Notre Dame, the flags waving at Kyle Field, the Trojan planting the sword in the middle of the field, even Bevo getting ready to lead Texas out, the pageantry is what really stands out. You get all the trophies and statues to touch as you run out, and it really feels like its own unique experience.

The transfer portal has become a massive part of college football, and EA CFB 25 makes sure to get that in their two biggest draws: Road to Glory and Dynasty. Online Dynasty will also be cross-platform, with 32 people being allowed to play on the same online Dynasty. With the rise of online gaming, this is also going to be a massive draw.

Finally, I leave you with Puddles the Duck on a motorcycle.

I can’t wait until July 19.
