As the game continues to rise at a rapid rate, we’re looking for someone to help us continue to grow the community we’ve built at our site dedicated to women’s soccer, All for XI.

All for XI is looking for a new site manager. If you already spend a good amount of your days bantering about just how far Emma Hayes will take this new look U.S. women’s national team, or who is the G.O.A.T now that Marta has decided to hang it up, then this might be a perfect opportunity to take that passion to the next level — and get compensated for doing it.

What does it all entail?

This person will be responsible for delivering readers a variety of stories, from analysis, to rumor mill to off-the-field culture from the women’s perspective through strong writing and editing skills, in addition to leading a small team of dedicated contributors in doing the same.

This person is also savvy at determining the perfect story format and platforms to deliver those stories and keep readers coming back for more.

Finally, this is a fully remote, contract position compensated via a monthly stipend.

What qualifications are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will:

Have a passion for women’s soccer with a strong knowledge of the game and a good handle on how it all works from the college level to the professional ranks (NWSL, USL-Super League, USWNT, etc.).
High-motor in the ideation, creation and execution of stories across various platforms.
Have experience writing clean, easy to edit copy.
Have experience writing and editing in AP Style.
Be comfortable with working remotely and holding themselves accountable for ensuring monthly content goals are met.
