Josh Hart threw worst NBA pass ever, and roasted himself for it

Josh Hart’s reaction was priceless after launching a horrible pass deep into the MSG stands.

The New York Knicks and Chicago Bulls faced off in a primetime game on ABC on Wednesday night, and treated a national TV audience to an incredibly sloppy start. The two teams combined for 19 first half turnovers, which included a pass from Knicks forward Josh Hart that was so bad he immediately went viral and had no choice but to start making fun of himself.

With the Knicks leading in the first quarter, Hart attempted to throw a pass to the corner for Donte DiVincenzo but needed to get the ball over the outstretched arms of Chicago forward Patrick Williams. Hart launched the ball like 10 rows deep into the stands at Madison Square Garden, then looked shocked at how bad his pass was when the cameras panned to him. You could see the regret in his body as soon as he let the ball go. Watch Hart’s bad pass here:

The reverse angle really shows how bad this pass was. Prime Randy Moss was not catching this ball.

The Knicks beat the Bulls, 116-110, to win their second straight game since acquiring OG Anunoby in a bold trade with the Toronto Raptors. New York is now 19-15 overall, while the Bulls fall to 15-21.

Hart put himself on a football field and quoted Joe Burrow after the game in an Instagram meme: “F*** it, Julius down there somewhere.”

Hart’s teammates were also roasting him for the pass after the game:

Josh Hart is always providing us with blog fodder. The pass was bad, but the content is good.
