Week 14 PPR RB fantasy football rankings including injury news, sleepers, more

Which running backs will shine in Week 14 for your fantasy football teams? We’ll take a look at all of them in our PPR rankings.
Welcome to Week 14 of the NFL season. We’ll take a look at running backs for this week and try to find some backs worth playing instead of Derrick Henry and Joe Mixon!! Oh the humanity! Bye weeks are really harshing our fantasy playoffs vibe this year and Roger Goodell needs to go back to the basement and draw up some better bye weeks.
But I digress. This week is the start of the fantasy playoffs for many of you out there and we need to get it right!
Week 14 running back bye weeks
Derrick Henry, Javonte Williams, Joe Mixon, Jonathan Taylor, Rhamondre Stevenson, Brian Robinson/Austin Ekeler
Week 14 running back injuries
Christian McCaffrey, 49ers
McCaffrey suffered a knee injury against the Bills Sunday night that looks like it will end his season. Jordan Mason took over the lead duties after the injury, but then injured his ankle. Isaac Guerendo is the next man up, as both CMC and Mason will be out for the fantasy playoffs.
Jordan Mason, 49ers
As stated above, Mason injured his ankle in Week 13. He’ll be put on I.R. and will miss the next four games. He can be dropped in redraft leagues along with McCaffrey.
Bucky Irving, Buccaneers
Irving had another huge game last week and he did a lot of it after injuring his hip. He’ll likely get some rest for the injury this week during practice. He gets a date with the Raiders this week.
Alexander Mattison/Zamir White, Raiders
White missed last Friday’s game with a quad injury, while Mattison missed with an ankle injury. Mattison appears more likely to return this week than White, but Las Vegas might be inclined to see more out of Sincere McCormick, who has averaged 5.7 yards per carry on 17 carries. Overall, this situation remains a tough one for fantasy.
Roschon Johnson, Bears
Johnson suffered a concussion on Thanksgiving Day and will need to go through protocol to be cleared. The extra time should help, but there are no guarantees he’ll be okay to play against the 49ers this Sunday. If he can’t, D’Andre Swift would get a fantasy bump.
Week 14 running back sleepers
Tony Pollard, Titans at Jaguars
Pollard had bad game on Sunday with drops and a lost fumble against the Commanders. The good news is that they shouldn’t get blown out this week, which hurt Pollard’s touches. He’ll also get a good matchup against the Jaguars, who have allowed the second-most fantasy points to running back this season.
Isaac Guerendo, 49ers vs. Bears
Guerendo is the RB3 in San Francisco for a reason, but that doesn’t mean he can’t put up fantasy numbers at home against a weak Bears run defense. He’s already put up some good numbers in relief of McCaffrey and Mason. He’s rushed 42 times for 246 yards and two touchdowns at a strong 5.9 yards per carry. The Bears rank 28th in rush defense EPA and 27th in fantasy points allowed to running backs. The 49ers are on a three-game losing skid and will look to make a stand at home this week, as they still have a shot at the playoffs if they can turn things around.
